At Hi Desert Word Center we are a family church and our mission is to equip God’s people for victorious Christian living. We want to equip you and your family to live a life full of the love, joy, and peace of God. We believe the best way to do this is by being a part of a church family. HDWC is most definitely a family and we would love to have you become a part of it!

When you arrive at HDWC you will be greeted at the door by one of our greeters. They can help answer any questions you may have.

If you have children with you they will lead you to our children’s registration area and get your little one’s signed into their class. We offer nursery for ages 0-4 at every service and our J.A.M. Children's Ministry (1st - 5th grade) and J.A.M. Jr. (Pre-K and K) on Sundays at 10am.

Our Kid's Klub, Jr. (Pre-K - K) program meets on Wednesdays during our 7pm service.

Our Upsurge youth group for Jr. and Sr. High School also meets during the Wednesday service.

After taking the kids to class you can join us for a time of worship. Our worship music style is modern and contemporary. You will definitely experience God’s presence as we worship together. After worship you will hear a life changing sermon from one of our pastors and at the end of service we offer prayer for anyone who needs it before we dismiss.

Many people wonder how they should dress when attending a new church. At HDWC you can either “Dress up for church” or “Come as you are.” The bottom line is that we are glad you are here!
