1 Timothy 4:1-2 "Now the Spirit speaketh expressly, that in the latter times some shall depart from the faith, giving heed to seducing spirits, and doctrines of devils; "Speaking lies in hypocrisy; having their conscience seared with a hot iron;"
This is a very serious warning from God's Word speaking to last days born again believers!
To seduce means to deceive, which means to believe an untruth. There is a lot of non-biblical teaching flooding the body of Christ in the last days.
Jesus said in John 17:17 "God's Word is the truth." And in John 8:31-32 "If you continue in My Word then are you My disciples indeed and you shall know the truth (God's Word) and the truth (God's Word) that you know shall make you free (from doctrinal error and deception)."
We live in very scary times but we need not be deceived or live in fear if we simply consistently study our Bibles (2 Timothy 2:15) and believe that God meant what He said and said what He meant. Attend a good church faithfully that preaches and teaches the goodness and victory in every area of life that only comes through Jesus!
John 3:16 For God so loved the world, that He gave His only begotten Son, that whosoever believes in Him should not perish, but have everlasting life.
